Are you willing to get your hands dirty and go the extra mile to get the job done?We are looking for a motivated eCommerce and Digital Trainee (6-12 months) to join our Digital Team Workplace: Malley or ZurichWorkload: 100% Your Mission:Within the Digital Unit you will be responsible for driving the Digital Sales mission together with the Digital Team. In your intern role, you will be fully integrated in our team and play a crucial role in driving online sales and revenue generation across brands. You will optimize the online shopping experience, support and lead digital marketing campaigns within the website team and work on a full range of different projects to maximize conversion rates on our websites. The ideal candidate? A personality with energy and drive, hungry to learn and willing to get his/her hands dirty. No experience in digital is required. Your Duties:Be an active team member of the Digital Sales team, driving and contributing to the mission of increasing online salesDeliver and execute on new ideas to improve the customers experience and customer journeys on our websites, with a customer-oriented approach & communicationUpdate websites for all Salt s brands following the commercial roadmapBuild new landing pages for all Salt s websites to achieve the key business objectivesLead dedicated digital initiatives with the goal of improving the digital conversion and increase digital salesEnsure content across all brands, websites & pages is customer-oriented and targeted towards increasing conversionTest new CMS functionalities and components to drive UX optimisation, collaborating closely with analysts, designers, developers and marketeersConduct analysis of our website & digital campaigns data, as well as competitors strategies, to optimize our own journeys and present these insights and recommendations to the teamPerform keyword research and collaborate to ensure SEO best practices are implementedWork together and ensure strong collaboration with IT, developers, digital and marketing team members What you bring:Master s or Bachelor s Degree (or currently studying a Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science or similarAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a high pace environment and under time pressureStrong prioritization, organization, and project management skillsAnalytical skills: data-driven personality, continuous improvement mindset and customer-oriented approachStrong communication skillsSolid time management skillsInitiative and proactivityAbility to get your hands dirty and step out of job description to get things done Mastery in writing at least 2 of our website languages (French, German, English, Italian) German is a big plus What we offer:An exciting and dynamic environment with a unique start-up corporate culture where proactivity and personal commitment are highly valuedWork in an amazing & fun multi-cultural teamAbility to change & challenge the status quo, and see the impact of your work fastOpportunities to learn & grow on the jobDiverse and several fringe benefitsPart-time home office Have we sparked your interest?
