**User Experience Architect %)**:
Der Kanton Zug ist unterwegs und transformiert seine Verwaltung Die digitale Transformation bedeutet für uns jedoch nicht Tools und Technik, sondern eine andere Denkweise und Mut zum Wandel - und dies immer mit dem Menschen im Zentrum. So liefern wir kundenzentrierten Mehrwert und schaffen Vertrauen in den digitalen Wandel bei der Bevölkerung, der Wirtschaft sowie bei den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern der kantonalen Verwaltung. Das Kompetenzzentrum Digital Zug ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für die digitale Transformation der gesamten Verwaltung. Wir freuen uns, dass wir unser Team erweitern können und suchen daher per sofort zunächst für einen befristeten Zeitraum von 12 Monaten mit Ausblick auf Verlängerung eine/n User Experience Architect.

**Deine Aufgaben**
Bei uns laufen die Erlebnisfäden zusammen. Wir stellen Insights von unseren Anspruchsgruppen sicher und schaffen aus Nutzendenbedürfnissen kundenzentrierte Prozesse sowie wertstiftende Erlebnisse. Dabei unterstützt du die Projektteams mit deinen täglichen UX-Werkzeugen wie User Journeys und Experience Maps. Du schaffst so eine hochwertige Usability, kombiniert mit innovativen und wertstiftenden Nutzendenerlebnissen. Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Sachen Customer Experience Management und Experience Design sowie bist bestens mit den neuesten Trends und Technologien im UX-Umfeld vertraut.

Als Mitglied des Teams
- bist du verantwortlich für die Gestaltung, Konzeption und Dokumentation von User Interfaces, Informationsarchitektur, Navigations
- / Interaktionskonzepten
- führst du systematische Erhebungen, Analysen und Interpretationen von Nutzendenbedürfnissen und -verhalten durch sowie übernimmst die Spezifizierung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen und User Stories
- entwickelst du UI-Prototypen, Content-Models und modulare Konzepte für unsere komplexen digitalen Systeme und Platt-formen sowie bringst sie mit Business und Technik in die Umsetzung
- entwickelst und prüfst du den Einsatz unserer Gestaltungsprinzipien und Komponenten-Definitionen (Gestaltungsrichtlinien, Design Systeme)
- überprüfst du die wirtschaftliche und technische Machbarkeit der Interaktionskonzepte, koordinierst und berätst unsere Anspruchsgruppen in dieser Frage sowie erstellst Konkurrenzanalysen mit Fokus auf Usability und Nutzung
- organisierst und leitest du UX-Workshops mittels gängiger Methoden und sorgst für das verwaltungsweite
- Wissensmanagement zu Design und Research
- vertrittst du die Nutzenden im Architekturboard

**Dein Profil**
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Centered Design (MAS HCID oder MAS IAD) mit dem Schwerpunkt Konzeption/UX, Design/Interaktionsdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich User Experience und der Konzeption von grossen digitalen Projekten - idealerweise im B2B und/oder Verwaltungsumfeld
- Du hast Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung von UX-Strategien, Informationsarchitekturen und modularen Konzepten
- Du hast ein technologisches Verständnis und Wissen über die am Markt verfügbaren Plattformen, Systeme und Lösungen
- Du bringst Erfahrungen in der Projektleitung und Kenntnisse in herkömmlichen sowie agilen, modernen Arbeitsmethoden und Unternehmensstrukturen mit
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und überzeugst mit einem sicheren Verhandlungsgeschick bei unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
- Ganzheitliches Denken, Konzeptionsfähigkeit, hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und Selbstmanagementkompetenz sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Change Management und/oder Businessprozess Management erwünscht
- Du hast hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
