Die folgende Stellenausschreibung richtet sich insbesondere an ehemalige Teilnehmende von
Jugend debattiert (YES Alumni). Wir suchen zur Unterstützung des Jugend debattiert Teams
ab Juni 2024 oder nach Vereinbarung einen neuen Programme Manager für das Programm
Jugend debattiert. In dieser Funktion bist du der nationalen Programmleitung unterstellt und
arbeitest eng mit dem siebenköpfigen Jugend debattiert Team zusammen.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Verantwortung für die operative und administrative Umsetzung der Jugend debattiert
- Programmangebote in den zugehörigen Regionen- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen in der Region Aargau
- und Ostschweiz (Regionalfinale, Nationales Finale und andere Veranstaltungen)- Aktive Pflege von Stakeholder-Beziehungen insbesondere Lehrpersonen
- Durchführung von Präsentationen an Schulen
- Verfassen verschiedener Programmdokumente und Formulare
- Kommunikationsunterstützung (Newsletter, Social Media etc.)
- Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des Programms Jugend debattiert
**Dein Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Maturität, vorzugsweise begonnenes Studium- Organisationstalent und Freude bei der Betreuung von Lehrpersonen und Schulen
- Sehr gute schulische Zeugnisse und ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen und
- bildungspolitischen Themen- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift)
- Sehr gute Leistungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohes Mass an Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Strukturiertes und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie exakte und zuverlässige
- Arbeitsweise- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Anwendungen
