For one of our clients we are looking for a full-time (100%) secretary to join a great team._

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangements
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong secretarial training
  • Previous experience providing secretarial support in a legal or related field
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with flexibility
  • Fluent in English and Spanish C
  • C2 (both oral and written) REQUIRED
  • Proficiency in French
  • Interest in sports in general
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highquality, accurate, and wellstructured documents.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
