- **Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie leiten komplexe Kundenprojekte im Bereich der Wirkstoffsynthese an unseren Standorten in der Schweiz.
- Sie sind die primäre Kontaktperson für unsere Kunden während des gesamten Projektverlaufes.
- Sie leiten und motivieren das für das Projekt zusammengestellte Team (Matrixorganisation), welchem Repräsentanten aus anderen internen Abteilungen angehören.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Entwicklungs-, Analytik
- und Produktionsabteilungen aller Standorte zusammen und verstehen es, vermittelnd zu kommunizieren.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Materialbeschaffung in zielführender Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistik und für die Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Produktlieferung an den Kunden.
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von entsprechenden behördlichen Richtlinien in Zusammenarbeit mit ESH, Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätskontrolle und der Registrierungsabteilung sicher.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Budgetvorgaben der von Ihnen betreuten Projekte und überwachen zudem die Projektfortschritte.
- Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Projekttransfer sowohl zwischen unseren Niederlassungen in der Schweiz und im Ausland (inkl. Standort Shanghai) als auch von und zu unserer Mutterfirma Dishman in Indien.

***Ihr Profil**:

- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Chemiker oder Chemieingenieur (FH, ETH, Uni) mit. Falls Sie ein Doktorat vorweisen können, wäre das von Vorteil.
- Sie weisen sich durch mindestens 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Industrie im Bereich der Wirkstoffsynthese aus, entweder in einem pharmazeutischen Dienstleistungsunternehmen oder bei einer produzierenden Pharmafirma.
- Des Weiteren überzeugen Sie mit Erfahrung im GMP- und im regulatorischen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Level C1) sind essenziell für die Bewältigung der Aufgaben mit den anderen Standorten.
- Zudem beherrschen Sie EDV-Systeme und können sich schnell in neue Systeme einarbeiten.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch sehr hohe Kommunikations
- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten, Entscheidungsfreude und ausgeprägten Teamgeist aus.
- Sie besitzen eine hohe Flexibilität und schnelle Anpassungsfähigkeit an neue Situationen.
- Sie sind zu einer begrenzten Reisetätigkeit sowohl innerhalb der Schweiz, wie auch an unsere ausländischen Standorte (1-2x/Jahr) bereit. Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Indien und/oder China ist dabei von Vorteil.
