Job Description

Your responsibilities as a site supervisor 50%:

• Point of contact for our clients on the construction site
• Training on our formwork systems at construction sites
• Project support and consultation on product-related queries
• Assistance in the optimal utilization of our products

Your responsibilities as a service technician 50%:

• Repair and maintenance of electro-/hydraulic shifting devices, safety equipment, injection machines, and lifting devices
• Independent planning and organization of repair services for the Bern-Romandie region
• Procurement of spare parts as per requirements
• Cleaning, fixing, maintaining, and testing our equipment rental fleet

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational training (e.g., construction machinery & agricultural machinery mechanic, concrete builder, mason, carpenter, construction technician, foreman / woman)
• Several years of professional experience in civil and underground construction or in a construction master's workshop
• Ideally, initial experience in handling engines, hydraulics, and electrical components in forklifts, construction, or agricultural machinery
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Strong technical aptitude and effective communication skills
• Affinity and enjoyment working with new technologies
• Highly service-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Independent work approach and strong team spirit
• Customer and service-oriented with independent work approach
• Proficient in French
