**Description du poste**:
Vous aurez en charge la gestion opérationnelle des dispositifs d'acquisition, le suivi et le développement du portefeuille clients.

**Vous aurez pour missions principales**:

- La préconisation de stratégie de création de trafic à vision ROI'ste,
- De développer le trafic et l'audience online/off line pour vos clients,
- La mise en ligne et le suivi des campagnes marketing sur les leviers payants,
- De piloter le tracking des campagnes pour en mesurer le succès,
- Le reporting, l'analyse et les recommandations d'optimisations de l'ensemble des activités.

Vous disposez également d'une culture digitale vous permettant de piloter des projets social média et de comprendre les principes du référencement naturel.

**Profil recherché**:
De formation supérieure en Marketing, vous êtes un(e) passionné(e) du digital, et vous en connaissez les enjeux.

Vous disposez d'expériences réussies de Traffic Manager en agence ou chez l'annonceur, vous permettant de facilement comprendre les mécaniques à mettre en œuvre.

D'une nature curieuse, organisée et rigoureuse, vous êtes très focalisé(e) sur les objectifs et faites tout pour les atteindre Votre créativité vous rend force de proposition et apte à réaliser des opérations différenciantes

Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, Powerpoint), les outils publicitaires (Adwords, Business Manager,) et les outils de web analyse.

Une certification Google Adwords et une maitrise de l'univers caritatif seront des plus.
