Möchtest du für 6 Monate Data Research im Fashion Retail verstehen und helfen zu steuern? Wir suchen engagierte Praktikanten-/innen, die unser Market Research Team bei dem Kundenbindungsprogramm unterstützen. Werden Teil unseres dynamischen und jungen Teams in Zug, Schweiz, und trage zu den Handels
- und Einzelhandelsaktivitäten und der Entwicklung unserer Organisation in ganz Europa bei.

**Your mission**:

- Unterstützung bei der Ideenfindung und Umsetzung zur kontinuierlichen Steigerung der Attraktivität des Kundenbindungsprogramms
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von kanalübergreifenden Maßnahmen/Kampagnen zur Gewinnung neuer Mitglieder für das Kundenbindungsprogramm und zur Steigerung des Bekanntheitsgrades des Programms
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination, Konzeption und Umsetzung des Roll-outs des Kundenbindungsprogramms in weiteren Ländern, einschließlich aller Projektaktivitäten
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von kampagnenunabhängiger interner/externer Kommunikation (Intranetaushänge, VKL-Schulungen, Werbematerialien für Mitarbeiter)
- Unterstützung bei der Koordinierung, Aktualisierung und Nachbearbeitung der Basis
- und Dienstkommunikation
- Erstellung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im Bereich der Kundenbindung in enger Abstimmung mit Marketing Intelligence sowie analytischem CRM

**Your profile**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, International Business, Medien
- und Kommunikationswissenschaften, Markenmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung (z. B. durch einschlägige Praktika) in den Bereichen Marketing, Marketingstrategie, Kundenbeziehungsmanagement, Projektmanagement oder Markenführung, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Kundenbindung und -loyalität
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Marketingaffinität
- Interesse an der Schaffung und Entwicklung starker Marken
- eine innovative und konzeptionelle Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung sowie Bereitschaft zu harter Arbeit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Dehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse der Einzelhandelsbranche sind von Vorteil
