Tasks

As part of a part-time or full-time position, the following tasks will be part of your daily work routine:

  • Teaching subjects such as 'Performance' and 'Principles of Flight' to aspiring airline pilots at various training levels, including ATPL
  • Deepening theoretical knowledge necessary for safe aircraft operation and navigation in the air
  • Supervising thesis projects as part of the 'Dipl. Pilot HF/ Pilotin HF' training
  • Promoting E-Learning initiatives to utilize innovative teaching methods and enhance training
  • Contributing to the development of teaching materials and methods to continuously improve the educational process

Requirements

Here's what you need:

  • Appropriate professional training/ studies in the fields of 'Performance Aeroplane' and 'Principles of Flight'
  • Teaching experience with young adults
  • Excellent didactic and pedagogical skills to explain complex topics clearly
  • Ideally holding the SVEB-1 certificate, but not mandatory
  • Strong self-motivation and a targeted approach to ensure the educational success of our trainees
  • Excellent German and English language skills at C1 level
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is advantageous
