• Access control for people and vehicles
• Calling up different intervention groups in case of disturbance or incidents
• Monitoring via CCTV system
• Visitor and parking management
• Processing and checking of suppliers
• Patrolling the entire area
• Locking and unlocking buildings
• Checking accesses, internal doors, windows, lights, appliances, machinery, heating, cooling devices, vehicle parks, etc.
• Identifying, fixing, or reporting fire hazards, sources of fire, liquid or gas leaks
• Professional intervention in emergencies
• Being alert to unusual or suspicious noises (e.g. water running, motors running, etc.)

• Very good spoken and written German skills
• Good physical and mental condition (mandatory)
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
• Flexible, physically active, and reliable personality with a high level of safety awareness
• Discreet
• Advantageous: First Aid training with defibrillator
• Advantageous: Experience and training in the security field
• Advantageous: Category B driver's license and own vehicle
• Impeccable reputation (criminal record and debt collection extract)
• Swiss citizen or B or C permit holder
• Good PC / MS Office user knowledge (mandatory)
