Über die Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Für unserer Batterie Produktion am Standort Baden suchen wir einen motivierten Produktionsingenieur (m/w/d). In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionsanlagen und Produktionsprozesse im Bereich Energy Storage Systems am Standort Baden.Sie haben solide Erfahrung im Definieren von Produktionsprozessen, Einführen von neuen Produkten, dem Digitalisieren von Prozessen und KPI Dashboards und sind motiviert Verantwortung zu übernehmen und unsere Produktion mit ihrem Wissen über LEAN Produktion auf das nächste Level zu heben? Als Teil unseres Teams in der Produktionsentwicklung helfen Sie mit ihrer Erfahrung unsere laufende Produktion zu optimieren und führen unsere Engineering-Projekte zum Erfolg. Haben Sie Lust, in einem jungen Team technische Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich mit einem gesunden Mix aus Sozialkompetenz und Teamgeist einzubringen und eine moderne Produktion mitzugestalten?
•Sie legen die Reihenfolge des Produktionsprozesses unter Berücksichtigung von Material- und Investitionsbudgets fest.
•Sie stellen die optimale Effizienz von Produktionsmethoden, Anlagenleistung und Materialien/Komponenten sicher.
•Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für unser Manufacturing Execution System (MES) und kümmern sich um die Einführung und Betreuung neuer Software-Rollouts.
•Sie unterstützen oder leiten die Implementierung von neuen Dashboards für die Auswertung der MES Daten und anderen Produktionsdaten.
•Sie erkennen und implementieren Verbesserungen des Fertigungsprozesses unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Sicherheit und Zeitvorgaben.
•Sie untersuchen neue Methoden, Technologien und Änderungen in der Anlagen- und Prozessgestaltung zur Effizienzsteigerung oder Einführung neuer Produkte.
•Sie arbeiten bei der Weiterentwicklung der Produktion in Baden mit und übernehmen die Verantwortung für technische sowie kommerzielle Themen in Aufbauprojekten.
•Sie definieren relevante Aktionspläne und Training für das Wartungs- und Produktionspersonal. So stellen Sie die reibungslose Implementierung von neuen Prozessen durch ein erfahrenes, kompetentes Team sicher.
•Sie beraten Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in der Produktion und arbeiten bei der Umsetzung von Änderungen an der Produktionslinie mit diesen zusammen.

Qualifikationen für die Rolle

  • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Industrie als Produktions- oder Industrialisierungsingenieur
  • Nachgewiesene Arbeitserfahrung an einer Produktionslinie.
  • Erfahrung in Digital Manufacturing und Industrie 4.0
  • Erfahrung in folgenden Themen ist ein Plus: Lean Production Methoden, Design for Assembly, Prozessrisikoanalysen, Industrieautomation
  • Starker Fokus auf sichere Arbeitsweisen und Engagement für die Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsrichtlinien am Arbeitsplatz
  • Eine teamfähige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und sicheres Kommunikationslevel in Englisch
