Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial and analytical support to the organization. In this role, you will complete variance analysis to make recommendations to drive value and find potential errors. You will develop processes, reporting tools and templates to analyze trends, perform complex analysis and create recommendations to ensure profitability. You will work closely with Shared Services to ensure consistent reporting to internal customers and business owners.

What you will be working on:

• Evaluate datasets to identify variances and opportunities
• Complete financial modeling to understand additional value achieved by entity
• Support the Financial close and Forecast preparation
• Produce and maintain monthly reporting and analysis
• Preparation and maintenance of monthly reports and analyses
• Working with tech business partners to develop and enhance the delivery of business information
• Collaborating with Shared Services and internal partners to ensure accurate invoicing

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, financial degree/training is a plus
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience with demonstrated ability to analyze and collaborate with a cross-functional teams
• Active knowledge of English (C1 level)
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A plus: Knowledge in: PowerPoint, SQL, Power Bi and IBM Cognos Analytics
• Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills
