Ayus Medical Basel is a well-known medical facility specializing in the treatment of chronic conditions, sub-health states, sustainable healthy aging strategies, and environmental medicine. The focus is not only on alleviating symptoms but on addressing their underlying causes. Using innovative approaches and an integrative concept, the team at Ayus Medical Basel aims to identify the root causes of patients' complaints, conduct detailed analyses, and create personalized therapy plans.

Tasks
  • Welcoming and assisting international patients in English, German, and French
  • Handling administrative duties, especially appointment scheduling and patient correspondence
  • Organizing practice events and networking meetings
  • Collaborating across disciplines and supporting team members in patient care
  • Taking care of minor day-to-day household tasks at the practice
Requirements
  • Completion of training as a receptionist, concierge, guest attendant, or similar
  • Providing professional and courteous service to patients throughout their interaction
  • Experience in the healthcare field or a strong interest in it
  • Being responsible, flexible, and well-presented
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a team-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in a medical setting with predominantly self-paying patients
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and open to new challenges
  • Fluency in German, English, and French. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
