Quality Systems Manager (M/F/d)

  • We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to join our team. As a Quality Systems Manager, you will lead the quality system team, local food safety team, and the microbiology lab.
  • You will be based in Dübendorf and report directly to the Head of Quality.

In this exciting role you will:

  • Maintain the food safety culture in Dübendorf
  • Host customer, label or authority audits (e.g. FSSC or Halal)
  • Organize and perform trainings on Food Safety topics
  • Perform internal and vendor audits
  • Follow up on audit findings with relevant process owners
  • Implement external and internal quality requirements
  • Lead the Quality Systems team and the microbiology department
  • Handle customer complaints

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor in Food Science / Chemistry, Biology or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality related positions
  • Business Fluent in German and English
  • Experience with Quality Systems (GFSI like FSSC, ISO, GMP, and HACCP)
  • Experience managing a small team an advantage
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of our IT software such as Excel, SAP
  • Passionate to improve
