Customer Success Manager FR-DE (60%-100%)
Ta journée chez tipee:
- Tu assures la mise en place, la plupart du temps à distance (visioconférence), de notre solution tipee auprès de nos clients en Suisse romande et en Suisse allemande
- Tu formes les différents utilisateurs
- Tu réponds à leurs questions et à leurs besoins par mail ou par téléphone
- Tu partages tes expériences avec tes collègues de la team Customer Success
Tu as...
- une parfaite maîtrise de la langue allemande (Wenn du no Schwizerdütsch redsch, wärs optimal)
- la réputation d'être une personne ouverte, pêchue, aimant le contact
- une bonne écoute et un esprit débrouillard
- un bon esprit d'équipe et la capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- un peu, pas mal ou même beaucoup d'expérience dans le domaine RH
