Geneva, we are looking for an:

Accountant General Accounting
***Available to start on February for a temporary contract at 80%

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:

Compliance
Maintains the Internal Organization Control System

Ensures key controls are designed and correctly implemented to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance

Consolidation

  • Supports the quarterly consolidation of all subsidiaries
Reviews monthly financial reporting package

Supports the preparation of the financial statements

Monthly closing

  • Supervises the preparation of the sport rights closing and posts entries related to the sports rights closing
  • Prepares the reclassification journals to ensure compliance with the analytical chart of accounts
  • Prepares provision/reclassification journals upon request
  • Follows up the intercompany reconciliation
    Day to day
  • Helps on questions regarding transactional processes
  • Can be involved to prepare support documentation on specific topics
    PROFIL ATTENDU:
  • 3-5 years in a similar role
  • French and English proficient
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and direction
  • Proactive approach and forward thinking
  • Excellent internal customer service skills and ability to communicate (both verbally and written) in a professional and effective manner
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
