About the role:
In this role as a Quality System Expert, you will play a key part in supporting the Quality Systems group by ensuring the implementation and maintenance of various Quality Systems, such as Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Complaint, Risk Management, Documentation, LIMS, and QC systems. Your main goal is to guarantee compliance with internal and external quality standards, ultimately contributing to patient safety and meeting business objectives.
Responsibilities include providing support to end-users, offering quality oversight, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in internal and external inspections to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How you will contribute:
- Quality Management of Systems
- Follow and implement changes in project/process or operational mode
- Assist end users and resolve issues
- Collaborate with Business partners for system improvements
- Proactively address business partners' needs
- Collaborate with Global teams and peers from other sites
- Process users accounts requests
- Train superusers and manage training toolkit
What you bring to Takeda:
- Bachelor degree in life technology fields (e.g. biotechnology, (bio)chemistry, engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in cGMP manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP environment
- Experience in Bio-Pharmaceutical
- Understanding of relevant regulations
- Ability to drive change and work in a diverse environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in French and English B2 level or higher
