Das Team Entwicklung und Sicherung unterstützt die Abteilungen der Services in Projekten, in der Qualitätssicherung und -entwicklung der Prozesse sowie in der Weiterentwicklung des Verwaltungssystems.

**Hilfsassistent*in Student Life Cycle Management***:40-50 %**
Die Stelle ist vorest auf zwei Jahre befristet.
**Aufgaben**:
- Sie haben Freude an koordinativen Aufgaben und unterstützen das Team tatkräftig bei der Abstimmung von Aufgaben und Terminen.
- Ihre ausgezeichneten sprachlichen Fähigkeiten setzen Sie bei der Erstellung von Anleitungen, Planungshilfen und Online-Tutorials ein.
- Dank Ihrer dynamischen Arbeitsweise stellen Sie sicher, dass administrative Aufgaben exakt und zeitgerecht erledigt werden.
- Mit Ihrem organisatorischen Geschick übernehmen Sie Mitverantwortung für einzelne Arbeitspakete im Rahmen der Software-Einführung.
**Ihr Profil**:
- Studierend in einem höheren Semester an einer Schweizer Hochschule
- Motivation, sich rasch mit Hochschulprozessen vertraut zu machen
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Dienstleitungsorientierung und ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick
- Hohe IT-Affinität sowie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
