Let's shape the future of wealth management together.For our Internal Audit team based in Zurich, we are looking for a full-time internal auditor.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- As an experienced auditor in the Global Private Banking Sector, you plan, lead, and execute audits autonomously in Switzerland and in our entities abroad:
- Write Audit Planning Memorandums, including identification of risks and definition of key audit objectives
- Complete & document the audit assignments on time, accurately, within budget and in line with audit standards and internal audit methodology
- Assess materiality of identified issues & related risks autonomously
- Present & discuss identified weaknesses and shortcomings with auditees and recommend feasible and valueadding actions
- Finalise the Audit Report (in English)
- Proactive monitor & followup on the implementation of the audit actions
- Support the yearly risk assessment process
- Work in interdisciplinary teams (i.e. integrated process audits with IT and Data & Analytics)
- Coach team members on audit assignments, review their work and provide constructive feedback
- Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders, build up and maintain sound relationship with auditees (incl. Senior Management)
- Stay actively informed on regulatory changes and bank internal developments and contribute to the annual risk assessment
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master's degree or equivalent (preferably in Finance, Banking or Business Administration)
- Audit related certification such as CIA or CPA would be a plus / CFA would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in internal (or external) audit & strong knowledge and understanding of the Swiss Private Banking sector in general (incl. Investment Management / Products and Services)
- Practical experience in Data Analytics would be an asset
- Personal integrity & able to work on own initiative, willing to take on responsibility
- Expertise in auditing internal control systems and related processes and controls, fronttoback
- Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality
- Very good communicative skills; fluent in German & English. Fluency in French would be an advantage
- Professional and convincing communication skills with stakeholders in various roles and functions
- Fast learner with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Drive and motivation to work in a target oriented and highperformance culture. Able to work under pressure and react positively in the face of change
- Willingness to travel up to ~ 4 weeks per year
