To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced software developer to take the lead in and guide embedded software projects from specification to market readiness.

Embedded Software Developer

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing solution concepts in close collaboration with customers and creating software specifications
• Planning, executing, and monitoring the engineering process
• Coordinating, supporting, and leading the project team, ensuring communication with stakeholders
• Integrating hardware components and conducting verification tests
• Identifying and proactively addressing technical challenges
• Ensuring on-time delivery of software including documentation

To impress us, you must have:

• A degree in electrical engineering or similar, ideally with a background as an electronics technician
• Demonstrated experience in designing and programming embedded software, particularly in C and C++
• Sound knowledge of electronics, RTOS, and preferably Embedded Linux
• Project management experience, preferably in software engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and tackle complex technical challenges
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other development partners
• Fluency in German
