Als 'Business Owner:in' für das Belegschaftsgeschäft stehst Du in einem dynamischen Umfeld an der Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Partner, dem AXA-Aussendienst, den Fachbereichen (P&C P und Health) und dem Kampagnen-Management.

Dein Beitrag
- Du bist für die Beziehungen zu unseren Belegschaftspartnern zuständig und fühlst Dich als Key Account Manager wohl, diese Partner aktiv zu betreuen
- Als «Mr/s Belegschaftsgeschäft» arbeitest Du eng mit dem AXA Aussendienst zusammen und unterstützt die Kolleg:innen an der Front. Du stimmst Marktbearbeitungsmassnahmen mit den Partnern ab und setzt diese in Zusammenarbeit mit den AXA-Vertriebskanälen und dem Kampagnen-Management um.
- Du pflegst das interne und externe Netzwerk, bist motiviert «Dein Geschäftsfeld» laufend zu entwickeln und schweizweit im AXA- und Partnernetzwerk zu etablieren.
- Für Deine Weiterentwicklung arbeitest Du zusätzlich in Projekten mit, die die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der AXA-Distribution und unseres Sektors auch zukünftig sicherstellen.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Als kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit, begegnest Du Partnern auf Augenhöhe und kannst Dich empathisch in die Welt Deiner Kunden versetzen und deren Bedürfnisse verstehen. Du freust Dich, Verhandlungsgeschick und Versicherungskenntnisse als Key Account Manager:in auf einer B2B-Ebene einzubringen.
- Du bist ausdauernd und setzt Dich hartnäckig für unsere Partner und Distributionspartner ein. Du verfügst über stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englisch
- und Französischkenntnisse.
- Als service-orientierte Persönlichkeit bist Du selbständig, aber gleichzeitig auch teamorientiert. Es gelingt Dir, verschiedene Standpunkte zusammenzubringen und einer Lösung mit Fokus auf den Erfolg der gesamten AXA zuzuführen.
- Für diese Aufgabe zeigst du Passion und Überzeugungskraft - und verfügst über eine gute Prise Humor.
