In dieser spannenden Rolle wirst du Teil des Operations Team und übernimmst wichtige Aufgaben in den Bereichen Warehousing und Logistics, Demand & Supply Planning sowie in zahlreichen unterschiedlichen Optimierungsprojekten. Du bekommst von Tag 1 an Verantwortung übertragen und gestaltest das Unternehmen aktiv mit. Du bist eine positive, vertrauensvolle Hands-on Persönlichkeit mit Passion, die Lust hat in ein Team von Abenteurern einzusteigen, die gemeinsam eine grosse Vision teilen.

Unterstützung bei Day-to-Day Aktivitäten
  • Supply & Demand Planning: Mitwirkung bei der Absatzplanung, Offertanalyse sowie Abgabe der Einkaufsmengen
  • Inbound Logistics: Koordination und Überwachung von globalen Frachtsendungen mit unseren Logistikpartnern und Kommunikation von erwarteten Lieferterminen
  • Warehousing: Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung unserer Third-Party-Logistics (3PL) Partner in der Schweiz, Deutschland und den USA
  • Zollabwicklung: Koordination von grenzübergreifenden Transaktionen mit unseren Logistikpartnern und den jeweiligen Zollbehörden
  • Sales Operations: kontinuierliches Tracking und Optimierung von Prozessen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Sales und Operations
Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsstandorten
  • Unterstützung bei der Evaluation und Selektion von Third-Party-Logistics (3PL) Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei regelmässig durchgeführten Lieferanten Tender Prozessen
Das Praktikum dauert mindestens 6 Monate.

  • Ein Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Eine Kombination aus Kreativität und analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Eine hohe Prozessaffinität und die Fähigkeit viele Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft zu halten
  • Eine unermüdliche Lernbegierde und den Wunsch herausgefordert zu werden
  • Eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, du kommunizierst proaktiv und effektiv
  • Die Kapazität die Extrameile zu gehen und auch teilweise auf Reisen zu sein
  • Gsheet, Powerpoint, Google Drive, Gmail und Asana sind keine Fremdwörter für dich
  • Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
