Requirements
Deine Aufgaben- Als erfahrener AI-Engineer entwickelst und führst du Software-Lösungen mit AI (hauptsächlich mit Large Language Models) beim Kunden ein
- Du arbeitest im gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus aktiv mit – von der Analyse über Architektur, Umsetzung, Qualitätssicherung bis hin zur Integration und der Produktionsunterstützung
- Du erarbeitest zusammen mit unseren Kunden Anforderungen, kalibrierst die Lösung gemeinsam mit dem Kunden und begleitest diesen mit deiner technischen Expertise
- Du berätst unsere Kunden mit deinem technischen Wissen, wie Künstliche Intelligenz optimal eingesetzt werden kann
- Du stellst mit Reviews und anderen geeigneten Massnahmen sicher, dass die Ergebnisse unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards erfüllen
- Du förderst und forderst weniger erfahrene Engineers in deinem Team
- Du bringst praktische Erfahrung als Senior AI-Engineer, insbesondere in der Nutzung von Large Language Models (LLMs) sowie weiteren AI-Technologien und Konzepten mit
- Du kommunizierst gerne mit Kunden und deinem Umfeld
- Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrung mit den gängigen Softwareentwicklungsmethoden
- Geschickt setzt du deine Fach- und Methodenkompetenzen ein, um komplexe Aufgaben zu lösen und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung im Projekt
- Du kannst dich auf Deutsch und Englisch spontan und klar in Wort und Schrift ausdrücken (Niveau C1 oder höher)
- Du bringst einen Abschluss in Informatik oder einem informatiknahen Studiengang auf mindestens Niveau Bachelor mit
