What you do
Together with your teammates, you ensure stable, high-performance and secure operation of our data science platform in cooperation with our software supplier
Through active monitoring, you identify resource bottlenecks at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures to ensure stable and high-performance operation at all times
You support the team in researching and implementing new technologies and methods in order to continuously improve the company's data and machine learning competencies
You are involved in recording needs, developing solutions and analysis through to developing a management-friendly decision-making basis You
create and develop system and operational documentation, concepts/architectures and decision-making bases
You support the DevSecOps community and are involved in architecture and governance issues. You advise the department on DevSecOps, cloud native development, container technology and CI/CD
What you bring with you
Completed degree (university/ETH, FH, HF) in
computer science
At least 5 years of
platform engineering
German (fluent)
English (fluent)
Several years of experience in Oracle, Linux (Redhat), Posit or another data science platform, GPU servers, Kubernetes/Openshift
Practice in the area of ​​platform engineering, Oracle Exadata, DevSecOps and IT architecture. Experience in technical project work with external service providers and in communication with management
Programming knowledge in Python, shell scripting, SQL, as well as knowledge of deep learning, MLOps
Knowledge and practical experience in dealing with Git and container technology, as well as CI/CD pipeline and artifact store
Experience in security engineering as well as network knowledge and familiarity with complex firewall and zone environments are advantageous
