**Head of Operations & Supply Chain 100%****:
**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**

Fachliche und personelle Führung aller Fachabteilungen
Tägliche Produktionsrundgänge und enger Austausch mit Produktions
- und Verpackungsteams
Koordination der Aufträge sowie den Produktionsanforderungen mit den internen Abteilungen
Allgemeine Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
Verantwortlich für die Qualitätsaudits BRC/IFS und weitere Audits für den Betrieb
Koordination bei der Einführung neuer Produkte
Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit aller Abteilungen von der Rohwarenannahme bis zum Warenausgang
Optimierung der Betriebsprozesse

**Ihr Profil**

Abgeschlossene höhere Fachausbildung im Bereich Technik, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder Lebensmittelingenieurwesen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung eines Produktionsbetriebs innerhalb der Lebensmittelbranche
Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Fundiertes Verständnis und umfassende Kompetenz im Bereich der gesamten Supply Chain, einschliesslich Planung, Beschaffung, Produktion und Distribution
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
