**Process Manager/-in Controlling %**:
Die Finanzverwaltung ordnet die Finanzen des Kantons Zürich und ermöglicht den Gesamtüberblick. Sie erstellt im Auftrag des Regierungsrates das Budget mit Finanzplan und die Rechnung des Kantons. Sie bereitet finanzielle Entscheide des Regierungsrates vor, sorgt für ein leistungsfähiges Rechnungswesen und erbringt entsprechende Dienstleistungen für die gesamte Verwaltung.

Die Abteilung Führungsunterstützung leitet direktionsübergreifende Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse und Systeme. Sie führt die Fachstellen IKS (Internes Kontroll-System) und LEA (Leistungserfassung mit Aufwandsausweis) des Kantons. Sie betreut das Sekretariat und die Informatik des Amtes. Für die Weiterentwicklung der konzernweiten Controllingprozesse und -systeme suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/-n teamfähige/-n, dienstleistungsorientierte/-n und motivierte/-n Process Manager/-in Controlling %.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Sie übernehmen die Prozessverantwortung der kantonsweiten Controllingprozesse sowie des CO-Aufbaus im Kanton und definieren, harmonisieren und entwickeln diese im Zuge des Technologiefortschritts. Sie unterstützen und beraten bei der Konzeptionierung von Controllingprozessen anderer Verwaltungseinheiten und übernehmen die Projektleitung resp. Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams. Sie pflegen eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachlichen und Technischen Applikationsverantwortlichen SAP CO in Projekten im Controllingbereich.

**Anforderungsprofil**:
Nebst einem abgeschlossenen Studium der Betriebswirtschaft / Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung und mehrjähriger praktischer Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling mit Schnittstelle zur Informatik, haben Sie ein Gespür für effiziente und praxistaugliche Prozesse im Controlling in einem diversen Grossunternehmen. Sie verfügen über eine sehr hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute SAP FI/CO Kenntnisse. Businesswarehouse-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Ihre mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter/-in im Finanzbereich, Ihre Teamplayer Qualitäten und Ihre selbstständige und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise können Sie initiativ einsetzen. Sie runden Ihr Profil durch Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten und Ihren gewählten sprachlichen Ausdruck ab.
