Grundfunktion

Leitung eines Teams von OtisOne Monteuren, die für die Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Otis One Kits in Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften des Unternehmens verantwortlich sind.

Verantwortlichkeiten- Erstellen, Pflegen und Ausführen des Installationsplans der zu installierenden Otis One Kits.- Gewährleistung der Qualität der Montage und der Zuverlässigkeit der Inbetriebnahme der Otis One-Kits, die von ihrem Team und von Subunternehmern installiert werden.- Leitung der Durchführung von Montage
- und Inbetriebnahmearbeiten- Ansprechpartner für Kunden, um die Einhaltung von Verpflichtungen und Erwartungen sicherzustellen- Beraten und unterstützen Sie Ihr Team bei Komplikationen und technischen Problemen.- Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Techniker, der Qualität und der Konformität der Installationen.- Identifizierung von Sicherheitsrisiken und Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen- Organisieren von Schulungen für Otis One Monteure- Kontrollieren der Arbeitszeiten und Spesen- Bestellungen über das eLog-System durchführen. Verwalten der Lieferungen und die vorübergehende Lagerung von Otis One-Geräten in den Niederlassungen- Vorschläge für Montagearbeiten / Verbesserungen entgegennehmen- Bieten Sie technische Unterstützung, arbeiten Sie mit Vertriebsingenieuren, Mitarbeitern und Vorgesetzten zusammen.

Personalmanagement- Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter, Sicherstellung ihrer Integration sowie Überwachung der Anwendung von Richtlinien und Sicherheit und Durchführung von Interviews- Führen, unterstützen und coachen Sie Ihr Team, führen von Leistungsgespräche mit jedem Mitarbeiter- Stellen Sie sicher, dass die erforderlichen Schulungen für die Mitarbeiter bereitgestellt werden

Qualifikationen/Erfahrung/Kenntnisse:
- Technische Ausbildung, Berufsabschluß- Technisches Wissen über die Produkte und Systeme von Otis- Idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Montage von Aufzügen- Je nach Tätigkeitsbereich sind Französisch, Deutsch oder Italienisch unerlässlich.- Ein gültiger Führerausweis in der Schweiz ist erforderlich- Erfahrung in der Leitung eines operativen Teams ist wünschenswert.
