For our clients in the Zurich area we are looking for:

As a truck mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of trucks and commercial vehicles. You play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet.

Your Responsibilities:

• Performing maintenance tasks according to maintenance schedules and manufacturer's specifications
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on trucks and commercial vehicles
• Replacing faulty parts and components, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and suspensions
• Conducting safety inspections and tests to ensure the operational safety of vehicles
• Documenting all work carried out and preparing reports for vehicle records
• Assisting in the procurement of spare parts and materials

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a automotive mechanic, truck mechanic, or similar qualification
• Experience in the maintenance and repair of trucks and commercial vehicles
• Knowledge of various systems and components of trucks, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Reliability, teamwork, and flexibility
• Class B or C driver's license
• Excellent German language skills
