Master Data Specialist

The Master Data Specialist plays a vital role within the global Master Data Team, overseeing Master Data requests primarily from the Americas and Europe, with additional support for Asian regions. This position involves close collaboration with supervisors and domain owners, encompassing various tasks based on expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages standard requests for Customer, Vendor, Material, WBS, and FICO data primarily from the Americas, with flexibility to handle requests from other regions.
- Addresses special requests within the Master Data domains and regions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Provides initial troubleshooting for Master Data issues and assists the global team with tasks such as reporting, data cleansing, and simple mass changes.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Master Data management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Customer Service at a Shared Service Center.
- Basic understanding of business processes like source to pay and order to cash, combined with knowledge of various Master Data domains.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
- Strong communication and Customer Service abilities.
