Administrative Assistant Technical Services
As Administrative Assistant Technical Services, you will be responsible for the support the entire CAMO team with administrative tasks. You will collaborate with all team members and interacting with other departments of the company.
- Administrative support for SharePoint, Avianis and other software
- Document keeping
- Intradepartment invoice control
- Control of flight logs
- Distribution of aircraft related software
- Monthly reporting
- Oversight of aircraft radio station license
- Development and updating intradepartment process manuals
Knowledge of:
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Experience with Microsoft tools such as word, excel, power point etc.
Job Types: 100%, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 25.5 per week
Salary:
From CHF31.37 per hour
Schedule:
