The Role:

A great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner based in Zurich to join our P&C team and contribute to Synpulse's success.

  • Main Business Partner to stakeholders in Zurich, Geneva, and Paris.
  • Provide guidance on Performance, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Employee Relations.
  • Establish robust P&C processes and report to the Head of P&C EMEA.
  • Coach Zurich-based Senior P&C Specialist.
About the Job:
  • Align HR strategy with business goals and objectives.
  • Expert HR advice in P&C matters including organizational development, talent management, and change management.
  • Build effective partnerships regionally and globally.
  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle.
  • Continuous improvement of P&C processes and HR policies.
  • Supervise payroll preparation.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Act as the main contact for external stakeholders.
About You:Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience, 2 years of team management in a multinational environment.
  • Strong experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Proven track record in executing HR strategies.
  • Experience in a virtual global team.
  • Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in consulting or Finance industry.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to influence and coach stakeholders effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss law, P&C compliance, and payroll.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
  • Proficient in HRIS system and MS Office Suite.
