The Spa Fleet Supervisor & Trainer plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of onboard Spa Teams throughout the fleet. This position involves providing training, implementing revenue strategies, and ensuring the adherence to Company policies to elevate guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training:
• Assess the capabilities and training requirements of onboard Spa Teams to develop tailored training plans.
• Deliver standardized training sessions to all onboard Spa Teams.
• Maintain training records and generate reports for business evaluation.
  
• Revenue Strategy:
• Evaluate and optimize the execution of the Spa Revenue Strategy.
• Assist Spa Team in enhancing marketing efforts and boosting sales.
• Analyze revenue outcomes with the Spa Manager, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  
• Operations:
• Contribute to the formulation and enhancement of operational processes.
• Conduct audits across the fleet to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Analyze guest surveys to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Qualified Beauty Therapist with expertise in facial/body massage and electrics.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in the Cruise Ship industry.
• Skills in Business Development, Strategy, and Analytics.
• Proven ability in Training, People Development, and Leadership.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with willingness to travel.
