**SOMMAIRE**

L'opérateur de production sera responsable de l'approvisionnement des consommables et matières premières pour supporter le déroulement des activités de production et de la mise en place du matériel dans la zone.

L'opérateur de production aura en charge l'entretien et la mise à disposition du matériel de production (nettoyage, remise en état, contrôle quotidien).

Il sera amené à effectuer des lavages de pièces et à l'autoclavage les set-up, et set-down, mais aussi à exécuter les activités de nettoyage des équipements et s'assurer de la bonne tenue des zones de production. Il sera impliqué dans les processus d'approvisionnement des différents locaux de production.

**FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Transfert du matériel (picking) en collaboration avec le warehouse
- Approvisionnement des SAS personnel et matériel
- Rangement de la logistic area, zone CNC et des zones process
- Nettoyage des équipements en collaboration avec le prestataire de nettoyage et les équipes de production Sol preparation
- Nettoyage du matériel réutilisable (manuel ou machine à laver)
- Préparation des transferts-set et autoclavage
- Entretien et approvisionnement du Kanban
- Participer aux opérations de production (pesées de matières premières, mises en solution de liquides et/ou de poudres, nettoyage manuel, test de filtres, effectuer les set-up des équipements de production)
- Gérer les retours en cas de non-conformité et l'élimination des déchets
- Reporter les déviations et non-conformités
- Revue des logbooks
- Contrôle des balances et autres équipements à calibration/vérification régulière (équipements
- analytiques)
- Participer aux efforts d'amélioration continue
- Exécuter les batch records et recettes
- Délégation à : Superviseur de production Manufacturing

**EXIGENCES**
- CFC d'opérateur en chimie, laborant ou toute expérience équivalente en industrie chimique, agroalimentaire pharmaceutique ou biotechnologie
- Travail de journée ou horaire décalé si requis
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et hautement réglementé
- Esprit d'équipe
- Une expérience de terrain prouvée en production cGMP est un plus
- Français parlé et écrit
