Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and release hotel rooms according to standards
  • Monitor room cleanliness and maintenance issues
  • Coordinate with other departments for guest satisfaction
  • Train and motivate room attendants
  • Ensure highest quality standards are met

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver superior customer service
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures
