**Dieses Tätigkeitsfeld begeistert Sie**: Bist du bereit, die Zukunft zu gestalten? Als Mitglied in unserem Team hast du die Möglichkeit, bestehende Prozesse zu optimieren und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um Anforderungen zu erfassen, Geschäftsprozesse zu analysieren und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu ermitteln. Du übernimmst die Leitung von Gremien und bringst Entscheidungsträger zusammen.

Als Vordenker bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unseres (SAP-) Testmanagements kannst du deine ganze Innovationskraft unter Beweis stellen. Du begleitest den Umbruch in eine agile Arbeitsweise und bringst deine Expertise ein, um das Team durch die Gewässer der Veränderung an den sicheren Hafen zu steuern. Kollaboration mit unterschiedlichen Interessensgruppen liegt dir am Herzen.

**Ihre Expertise begeistert uns**:

- Gute Kenntnisse und Verständnis der Grundsätze, Techniken und Methoden der Geschäftsanalyse. Dazu gehören Kenntnisse im Bereich des Requirement Engineerings, sowie Prozess
- und Lösungsanalyse
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Durchführung umfassender Teststrategien für komplexe Softwareprojekte
- Erste Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierungsframeworks und -tools, um automatisierte Tests zu entwerfen, zu entwickeln und auszuführen ist wünschenswert
- Du hast Verständnis und Erfahrung in verschiedenen Methoden wie Agile, Scrum, Wasserfall sowie die Fähigkeit, diese Methoden innerhalb der Organisation effektiv zu vermitteln und anzuwenden.
- Mitarbeit bei der Initialisierung von Projekten und Vorhaben
- Koordiniere Vorhaben oder Projekte und bringe verschiedene Interessengruppen zusammen
- Mit einer höheren Fachausbildung oder einem Fachhochschul oder Uni Abschluss bringst du das nötige Rüstzeug mit
