- Für das Team bei unserem Kunden suchen wir Verstärkung
- Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Sicherstellung des Betriebes und Weiterentwicklung der Data Center Services
- Bewirtschaftung des Produkte
- / Lösungs-Lifecycle für die verantwortlichen Komponenten in Zusammenhang mit den eingesetzten oder künftigen, komplexen IT-Infrastrukturlösungen mit Partnern, Lieferanten oder Herstellern
- Definieren und Erstellen von Systemsicherungsmassnahmen und Checklisten für das Change
- und Problem-Management unter Einhaltung von technischen Vorgaben und Weisungen- Erstellen von Prozeduren, Eskalationsverfahren und Regeln des Arbeitsablaufs für Ausnahmesituationen
- Prüfen und Durchführen von komplexen Rekonstruktions
- und Wiederanlaufverfahren- Durchführung von komplexen IT-Projekten unter Einbezug von standardisierten Vorgehensmethoden und Tools
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für 2nd / 3rd Level-Anfragen und Störungsbehebungen
- Zusammenarbeit im Team im Zusammenhang mit den unterschiedlichen Produkten und Services der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (onPrem, Cloud)

- Auslastung: %
- 2 -3 Tage vor Ort in Zug pro Woche, 2-3 Tage Remote- Remote-Arbeit muss in der Schweiz geleistet werden
- Bei Bewerbungen von außerhalb der Schweiz muss der / die Kandidat/in einen EU-Pass besitzen bzw. den eines Schengen Staates
- Skills:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
- Sehr gute analytische und methodische Kenntnisse im IT-Infrastrukturumfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse im Netzwerk
- und Sicherheitsbereich- Interesse an neuen Technologien und hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Freude an der kunden
- und ergebnisorientierten Zusammenarbeit- Exakte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
