Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Entwicklung des Produktportfolios gemäss der Vision und Ausrichtung der Provis AG.
  • Du leitest das Entwicklungsteam und sicherst eine optimale Leistung und Auslastung.
  • Du gewährleistest eine effiziente Abwicklung der Kernprozesse in der Softwareentwicklung.
  • Du definierst Softwareentwicklungsstandards und planst die Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios.
  • Du unterstützt den CEO bei der Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie und Technologieentscheidungen.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in ähnlicher Rolle in einem Schweizer KMU.
  • Bewährte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in Veränderungsprozessen.
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Web- und Cloudlösungen für Geschäftskunden.
  • Entscheidungsfreude, Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit und fundierte Informatikausbildung auf Hochschulniveau.
  • Sprachlich versiert in Deutsch und Englisch.
