Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within the HR Competence Center for Missions following applicable legal frameworks: PVFMH, VBPV-EDA, VOIO
  • Ensure professional execution of missions organizationally and operationally, including deploying personnel abroad or to international organizations in collaboration with other federal offices
  • Act as a sparring partner for line managers and employees both domestically and internationally within the Swiss Expert Pool for Civilian Peacebuilding (SEF), assisting in various areas of HR management such as onboarding processes, contract management, legal clarifications, expense reimbursements, etc.
  • Support and advise employees before, during, and after their missions in close cooperation with the relevant HR teams
  • Contribute actively to projects in HR digitization, particularly in expense and contract management, and the implementation of e-personnel files
Your Profile
  • Completion of a commercial education and further training in HR (HR certification)
  • Professional experience in HR throughout the HR life cycle, preferably in an international setting
  • High resilience: balancing demanding advisory tasks with various legal frameworks and extensive administrative duties
  • Structured work approach, strong organizational skills, and a high level of service orientation
  • Self-responsible, network-minded, communicative, and results-oriented
  • Excellent proficiency in at least two official languages and English
