Als Mitglied des QC Project lead Teams am Standort Visp sind Sie verantwortlich für die Kommunikation mit der Produktion, QA und mit externen Kunden. Als single point of contact in funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams repräsentieren Sie die Qualitätskontrolle (QC) und treiben das strategische alignment in Zusammenarbeit mit QA, OPS, MSAT und Engineering an. Der Project Leader ist eigenständig und trifft Entscheidungen in QC Vertretung.

Innerhalb der Matrix-Organisation des Projektteams sind Sie stets im engen Kontakt mit den Analytik-Laboren sowie u.a. mit den Abteilungen Programm-Management, Prozessentwicklung, Produktion, und Qualitätssicherung. Durch hervorragende Planung und Steuerung des Projektes stellen Sie auch angesichts sich ändernden Kundenwünsche und Prioritäten die zeitgerechte und kosteneffiziente Bearbeitung der Aufträge sicher.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Etablierung und Pflege der Kundenbeziehung
- Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Produktionskampagnen
- Bearbeitung von Änderungsanträgen und Abweichungen unter GMP
- Betreuung von Kundenaudits und Inspektionen durch Behörden
- Kalkulieren und Überwachen der QC-Kosten im Projekt
- Eigenverantwortliche Koordinierung, Priorisierung und zeitliche Planung der Aufgaben

**Was Sie mitbringen**:

- Master oder PhD im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (Biologie, Biochemie oder Pharma)
- Erfahrungen im GMP-Umfeld sowie in der Qualitätskontrolle sind von Vorteil
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind ein Muss
- Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen Software-Anwendungen (MS Office) werden vorausgesetzt. Kenntnisse einzelner Pharma-/Labor-Software (Z.B. Documentum, LIMS, Trackwise) sind von Vorteil
- Gute Auffassungsgabe und sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab
