To achieve this goal, we are excited to announce an opening for a Female Black Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach.

• Job Overview:_

As a Female Black Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills of our students, fostering their passion for martial arts, and promoting a sense of confidence and empowerment.

Your expertise in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, along with your fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English, will be essential in ensuring that our female students feel comfortable and engaged during their training sessions.

• Responsibilities:_
• Deliver highquality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training sessions to students of all levels, focusing on proper techniques, selfdefense, and overall physical fitness.
• Tailor training approaches to cater to the needs and skill levels of female students, providing a safe and encouraging space for their growth and development.
• Train children in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, creating a fun and engaging learning environment that promotes discipline, respect, and character development through training programs that match the unique needs and learning styles of young practitioners (creative teaching methods and games).
• Train athletes for competitions, providing specialized coaching and strategic guidance to prepare them for various tournaments and championships.
• Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive and effective training curriculum for the academy.
• Promote an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere within the dojo, ensuring that all students, adults and children, feel respected and valued.
• Act as a role model for students, embodying the principles of discipline, integrity, and perseverance.
• Participate in academy events, seminars, and competitions to showcase your expertise and represent the dojo.
• Report directly to the Head of the Academy, providing updates on student progress and any relevant information regarding training sessions.
• Qualifications:_
• Female Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (IBJJF Black Belt Registration), with a proven track record of coaching and enhancing students' abilities.
• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (Advanced Level) and proficient in English (Intermediate Level) to effectively communicate with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and create positive connections with students of all ages.
• Passionate about empowering women through martial arts and committed to creating a supportive environment for all students.
• Previous 3 to 5 years experience in teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to female students.
