Join us starting September 1, 2024 as

Fachexpertin / Fachexperte for transcultural competence

Your responsibilities:
  • Leading transcultural and culturally sensitive competence in the hospital
  • Accountable for the concept's content, ensuring continuous updates and practical application
  • Conducting interdisciplinary internal training sessions and providing in-house information
  • Managing the internal group of ad-hoc interpreters and assisting with language assessments
  • Compiling statistics on interpreter services usage for quality control
  • Being the go-to person for migration- and culturally-sensitive medicine in the hospital
Your qualifications:
  • Degree as a registered nurse with a BSc or MAS in Nursing plus further education in transcultural competence
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care hospital
  • Excellent communication skills in German, good knowledge of English, and proficiency in at least one other language (Romansh or Italian is advantageous)
  • High motivation, independence, and commitment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, with a strong sense of responsibility
