Financial Manager

Responsibilities

  • Cash flow control, entering data into the accounting system.
  • Preparation of reports on cash expenditures for accountable persons: entering accounting items, inventory items.
  • Carrying out an inventory of purchased goods and materials: writeoff, movement, capitalization of new ones.
  • Collecting information and entering primary documents on food products into the program.
  • Selective control over purchases; audit of the compliance of the purchased goods.
  • Consolidation of budgets by area and entering it into the system.
  • Budget adjustments throughout the year.
  • Preparation of monthly expense report.

Requirements:

  • Education in finance and economics.
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
  • EU citizenship or Swiss residence permit.
  • Fluent Russian, French.

Salary:
From CHF6'000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vevey, VD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Account management: 2 years (preferred)

  • Russian (required)
