To support the Global Media Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, we are looking for a

Digital Media Manager

(M/F/x - 100%)


The primary focus of the Digital Media Manager is to develop and execute all global digital media campaigns of IWC.

In doing so, the Digital Media Manager proactively drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion for IWC through well-coordinated and highly targeted activations, which contribute to a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop global paid social media and programmatic display campaign strategies in cooperation with our media agency to help further grow IWC's brand awareness and business performance
  • Advise on campaign split, implementation, and optimization of all digital branding and performance campaigns
  • Lead the media agency and all digital partners crossfunctionally to deliver outstanding, fullfunnel campaign plans and executions
  • Assess campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities, and provide comprehensive reporting including recommendations to senior management
  • Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics to develop insights and action plans, as well as adhoc reporting
  • Consult markets on local digital direct buy initiatives and synchronize local media plans with global media campaigns to ensure synergy between the various activations
  • Execute local social media campaign briefings by the markets within social platforms
  • Contribute to audience development strategies and customer journey building by analyzing and leveraging first and thirdparty data, multitouch attribution, and DMP activation
  • Create and maintain data dashboards e.g., on data studio (Google) to support digital teams in analyzing and optimizing the customer journey
  • Align on KPIs across Digital Marketing, Website, Content, and Ecom departments and collaborate for campaign implementation and optimization
  • Lead the team's intern recruiting, teaching, supporting, and supervision

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Marketing, or Business
  • Minimum of 35 years' experience in a similar role in digital marketing
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of digital advertising across providers and platforms
  • Proven analytical skills with a strong grasp of system analysis
  • Must have experience with Facebook Business Manager as well as Google Stack (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills and highly detailoriented
  • Understanding of the industry, brand, and aesthetic ad needs
  • Team player with a handson attitude
  • Fluent in English is a must; German is preferred but not mandatory, any additional language is a plus
