**MISSIONS ET ATTRIBUTIONS**:
Vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité de la Directrice du bureau de Business France basé à Zürich. Intégré(e) à l'équipe, vous aurez pour responsabilités:
1- La gestion et le développement du programme VIE (Programme Talents à l'international) en Suisse.

2- La construction et la mise en œuvre des actions de communication du bureau pour valorisation de la Suisse en France, de la France en Suisse ainsi que des activités portées par le bureau ;
**VOS CHALLENGES**:

- Assurer la gestion du programme en Suisse (réponse aux questions des jeunes talents, contacts avec les cantons pour l'accompagnement à l'installation ), être l'interlocuteur/interlocutrice privilégié(e) pour les VIE en Suisse et pour les entreprises utilisatrices
- Prospecter et conseiller les entreprises françaises implantées en Suisse pour recruter leurs talents en contrat de volontariat international en entreprise (V.I.E, mais aussi fidéliser les entreprises employant déjà des VIE.
- Concevoir, organiser et participer à des évènements de promotion du programme VIE en Suisse (Grand Prix VIE, Cercles RH, réunion avec les VIE, relations avec le Club VIE en Suisse )
- Animer la communication du bureau Business France en Suisse, y compris de sa formule VIE, notamment via le réseaux sociaux pour en développer la notoriété.

**ET SI C'ETAIT VOUS ?**
- Formation souhaitée : Bac + 4/5 master ou équivalent
- Parfaite maîtrise orale et écrite de l'allemand, de l'anglais et du français
- Bon sens de l'organisation, assiduité, bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, goût pour les solutions créatives, pensée agile, esprit d'équipe, flexibilité, capacité à travailler de manière autonome et organisée
- Expérience commerciale et/ou dans la communication
- Forte aisance relationnelle et proactivité
- Aimer le contact direct et les relations avec les entreprises, être prêt à se déplacer
- Très bonnes compétences bureautiques
- Maîtrise des outils de communication digitale dont réseaux sociaux.

**REMUNERATION**:

- Rémunération fixe + prime variable
- Congés : 31 jours de congés pour une année complète
- Télétravail jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine
- Remboursement du ticket demi-tarifs des transports
- Assurance accident professionnel/privé
