Dann suchen wir dich per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als Verstärkung für unser Risk Management Team mit Arbeitsort in Zürich-Oerlikon.

**Aufgaben**:

- Risikosteuerung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der externen Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung nach GRI, TCFD und OR 964
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der internen Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung an GL und VR
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsmethodik (Scope 3) inklusive Datenflüsse und Dokumentationen
- Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements
- Methodische und fachliche Unterstützung des operativen Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements
- Durchführung von Sensibilisierungs
- und Schulungskampagnen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit
- Entwicklung und Durchführung der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern

**Profil**:

- Erfahrung im Bereich Risikosteuerung
- Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von externen Nachhaltigkeitsberichten (idealerweise mit aktiver oder passiver Audit-Erfahrung im Nachhaltigkeitsbereich)
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Nachhaltigkeits-Vorschriften und -Standards (OR 964, GRI, TCFD)
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Gewissenhafte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikative, offene Persönlichkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
