Wir suchen eine/n modebegeisterte/n Sales Consultant für unser Team

Deine Hauptziele als Verkaufsberater/in sind es, ein unvergessliches Markenerlebnis für unsere Kunden zu schaffen, ihnen die Leidenschaft für die Marke zu vermitteln und ihnen mit einer freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Einstellung zu helfen, das zu finden, was sie suchen.

Außerdem sorgst du dafür, dass die Storeziele erreicht werden sowie dass der Laden gut sortiert und mit den erforderlichen Produkten ausgestattet ist. Unser Traum ist es, dass jeder Kunde unsere Markenidentität spürt und teilt, und jederzeit in unsere Läden zurückkommen will.

**Deine Hauptaufgaben im Überblick**:

- Customer Experience: Gewinne und binde Kunden durch Liebe zum Detail und höchste Servicequalität, die unsere Markenwerte widerspiegelt.
- Sales: Garantiere die Erreichung von Geschäftzielen und KPIS durch die Vermittlung unserer Markenwerte and unsere Kunden.
- Shop administration: Arbeite im Team, führe Inventuren durch, verwalte das Lager, unterstütze die Kassenführung, erstelle Tagesberichte usw.
- Erscheinungsbild des Stores: Halte den Store in Ordnung und stelle die notwendigen Produkte für unsere Kunden bereit.
- Kulturfit: Sorge für ein positives Teamumfeld, das Zusammenarbeit und Teamwork fördert, und sei Teil davon.

Du bist ein hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Mensch, hast eine tolle Einstellung, bist enthusiastisch und weißt, wie man mit Kunden umgeht. Du bist neugierig, neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen und dir Produktkenntnisse anzueignen, und natürlich ist Mode deine Leidenschaft

**Dein Skillset**:

- Englisch und Deutsch wären von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Personal Tailoring ist von Vorteil
- Kaufmännisch denkender Teamplayer
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
