Description and Requirements


We are looking for an Inside Channel Account manager with helping us addressing existing and new customers, reaching our ambitious goals, and becoming the driving force behind customer and business partner success in Switzerland.

This position reports to the Channel Manager for Switzerland.

Your responsibilities:
Contact person for existing and new Lenovo Business Partners
Implementation and control of development plans and incentive programs Quarterly and activity planning with partners to optimize target achievement Support for the sale of Lenovo products via distribution Identification and qualification of new customer projects Presentation of the Lenovo product portfolio, taking into account individual customer requirements Implementation and tracking of co-marketing plans for partners with growth potential Documentation and tracking of phone activities in the CRM system Processing of daily customer inquiries in cooperation with international Lenovo functions as well as the Lenovo field service

Requirements for this position:

Proven, successful B2B commercial experience (2-3 years), Inside Sales background
Channel, Distribution and/or Direct Sales competences and experience
Experience in Technology sector (preferred; PC/IT hardware, services)
Excellent presentation and digital communication skills Lenovo offers
