Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure nursing quality in the oncology ambulatory unit alongside the department head
  • Provide professional advice and support to the nursing team caring for oncology patients
  • Provide care and support to patients
  • Assist in developing internal work documents for the hospital and department
  • Prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal training sessions
  • Participate in project work
  • Work closely with the team of nursing experts, especially the oncology ward nursing expert
  • Network and engage in public relations activities

Your Profile:

  • Hold a Master of Science in Nursing (completed or in progress) with experience in oncology nursing, ideally as an oncology nursing expert
  • Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
  • Have competencies in positive leadership
  • Think in a connected and solution-oriented manner
