Unsere Business Unit TMS (Tools, Maintenance and Safety) bietet eine vielfältige Produktpalette für die persönliche Arbeitssicherheit (PSA), Betriebsmittel und Werkzeuge an. Wir unterstützen unsere Kundschaft bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Arbeitssicherheitskonzepten dank Fachwissen und hoher Professionalität.

Technischen Verkaufssachbearbeiter*in Tools, Maintenance and Safety (TMS) (w/m/d)

Deine Tätigkeiten und Herausforderungen:

  • Kundenspezifische Lösungen erarbeiten: Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für Kunden, Beratung bei produktspezifischen Fragen und Sonderanfertigungen.
  • Technische Unterstützung: Unterstützung der Verkaufsabteilungen bei technischen Fragestellungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Innen- und Außendienst.
  • Angebotserstellung: Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen von Kalkulation bis zur Angebotserstellung.
  • Marktanalyse: Teilnahme an Marktanalysen, Unterstützung bei Sortimentsstrategie und Definition von Produkten.
  • Lieferantenkontakt: Aktiver Kontakt mit Lieferanten, Preisverhandlungen, Angebote einholen, Klärung technischer Details.
  • Datenpflege: Erstellung und Pflege von Artikelstammdaten, Konditionen und Materialstücklisten in SAP R3.
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung: Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Stärken:

  • Technische/Chemische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Kaufmännischen Bereich oder umgekehrt.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Verkauf und/oder in den Bereichen der Arbeitssicherheit (PSA) und/oder Betriebsmittel und/oder Werkzeuge.
  • Sehr gute Office Kenntnisse, SAP von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, verhandlungssicheres Englisch, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Kunden- und Zielorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, offene Persönlichkeit, versiert in Kommunikation.
  • Organisationstalent.
