_MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE_

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_

Recruitment

  • Proactively monitor client requirement trends to enable Carbon60 to respond proactively to changing client needs.
  • Proactively maintain telephone contact with client users to define and fulfil assignments.
  • Deliver contract and/or permanent assignments to meet client needs and maximise profitability.
  • Review active assignments daily for 'fill ability' and handle appropriately
  • Maintain telephone and facetoface contact with workers in line with corporate standards.
  • Liaise with Payroll to handle worker queries promptly.
  • To understand and comply with all current legislation and regulations
  • Resolve successfully issues relating to contracts, grievances, and conflict.

Business Development

  • Obtain appointments, attend client meetings and sell the services of Carbon60.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with prospective clients
  • Grow business via expansion of existing clients
  • Provide sales leads to the Sales Team.
  • Proactively cross sell Carbon60 services and products to new and existing clients.
  • Gather competitor information to enable Carbon60 to sell effectively.

Service:

  • To obtain full booking details (including all necessary H&S information) and person specifications from clients maximising each opportunity for placements.
  • To ensure all clients have signed Conditions of Business and that all rates are in line with Carbon60 expectations.
  • To maintain an accurate database by regularly updating worker and client profiles
  • To arrange and attend Client Service Visits.
  • PERSON SPECIFICATION:_
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German and/or French
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Reliable and well organised
  • Proactive
  • Sound business ethics and integrity
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Able to work within company procedures and standards
  • Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work

What do we offer
A permanent contract / 42h week

Hybrid work (2 days a week working remotely would be possible if applicable)

25 days holidays at least

Monthly wages + quarter commissions and bonus + interesting pension scheme
